Step 2–  Programming & Grinding
The next step in the process is to program and grind the high speed steel cold saw blades. This is done on our Kentai CNC machine. Programming for each blade is done according to the Tooth Geometry. This includes consideration of the material being cut, the cutting angle, and the relief angle.

Once programming is completed, then the blade is placed on the machine and the teeth are ground.

Each customer's blade specifications are kept on file to provide consistent servicing of their blades.

We also make new blades to your specifications.
